Cass’s passion is to bring smiles and joy to his clients. After a successful career in the hospitality industry, Cass grew an interest in the Real Estate business buying and selling properties of his own.

In 2011 Cass took the UBC REALTOR course and in 2012 was the Rookie of the Year for the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board. In 2013 Cass partnered with his lifetime friend, Jeff Bright, and The 2 Man Advantage Real Estate Team was formed. This team has been ranked in the top 100 in the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board and Top in Canada for Royal Lepage, achieving Chairman’s Club for Canada year after year.

After over a decade in the real estate industry, the Cass MacLeod Real Estate Team has proven to be top REALTOR team in the area consistently ranked not only top in the community but top in the country. Cass brings exemplary customer service experiences and a very personal touch to his clients. Cass grew up in Northern BC, Vancouver Island and has lived all over the Lower Mainland. He now lives in his favourite city, Maple Ridge, with his beautiful wife and fellow team member, Natasha, their 4 children and Betty, their dog. Cass’s interests include both coaching and cheering for his children’s team sports, volunteering in his community, playing hockey with his friends, early morning hikes with his family and camping and RVing.
